I keep seeing the signs for Sno-Balls on Hwy 42 near the new Wal-mart but I can't find the place. Does anyone know anything about it?
Might be the guy from Smithfield on 301 beside the Chicken Barn. He's got a couple of mobile units he moves around from place to place.
There was a truck at the flea market place on 42 on Saturday. Perhaps he forgot to pick up his signs when the day was done.
The "Hills of Snow" guy on 301 beside the Chicken Barn usually goes by 'Hills' only, I think. However, its not that unusual of a concept. In fact, I think if I'm not mistaken they actually sell the machines and flavors to start your own according to their website. I was just in Smithfield today. Came very close to stopping and getting one.
Snowballs is actually my soon to be bro in laws and a friend of his is running it at the moment. It is like a snow cone! They moved, from the store where the Burger King is, to the other station a few doors down, closer to 40.
I'm mistaken, Sno Balls moved down to the flea market on 42 btw Cornwallis and 40. He is in the ice cream truck. Just honk if he's asleep LOL :lol:
