Unless Bush started wearing his watch on the other arm when in China or the Americans (assumed) around him started wearing their lapel pins and company insignias on the right, this isn't flipped.

 

Good grief, he will be out of office in a few months, and those of you with nothing better to do than nitpick will have to find something new to do with all your extra time. Is he perfect? Absolutely NOT. But I guarantee you either Obama or McCain will certainly make some sort of gaffe as well. Geez!

To the best of my knowledge the video dosen't show any 4042 members (addressing your accusation) and the video has been pretty much discredited (addressing your faint).

Yes, further down they show photos the Obama campaign supplied of Obams with his hand over his heart - but apparently sometimes he feels like a nut and sometimes he don't.

His freaking hand is NOT over his communist heart PERIOD If you watch the video - those other people all have their hands over their hearts throughout it's entirety.

As far as I know nobody is perfect but the flag picture is PRICELESS! Don't throw stones at a glass house when it is bullet proof. I have admitted Clinton made a stupid statement saying he did not inhale.

1. Bush should have never gone to the Olympics to begin with. As soon as he made his faint- hearted jab about China's human rights violations and was told by the Chinese to lighten up, Bush did. What he should have done, as the President of the United States, was to pack up, tell China that with the White House communications system he could view the Olympics just fine on TV from the White House and "Oh, BTW, when I get home, I'm calling Congress into session for the sole purpose of ending the "Favored Nation" trading status for China until real reforms are made. Beleive me, S. Korea, Taiwan, and a host of other Far Eastern countries would pick up the slack to continue feeding the demand for electronics, TVs, etc.

2. He is as diametrically opposite of being "Presidential" as Reagan was a great example. And, as you neocons like to think, Reagan got results.

3. The saddest part of that pic to me, is that he is clueless as to how the flag should be displayed. Recruits just out of basic training/boot camp, who are paid far below what the POTUS is paid know how to display and render honors to the National Colors.

4. Bush's telling Putin to back off must seem ludicrous to Putin. It does to me. Bush can't even make a credible threat towards Putin and Russia, and asking the world to condemn Russia for doing ostensibly what Bush had the US to do in Iraq is the height of irony.

5. As a patriot, I know how to display and render proper honors to my flag. As a veteran, and using your scale, I'm much more patriotic than GWB.

One thing that George has done for the US, in my mind, is that there's no way in the world that another Bush will ever be elected to high federal office in the near future ( I predict for the rest of my lifetime), and that's the shame, as Jeb would probably have made a better POTUS than George.

 

How do you know that? Have you talked to him?
