If I had to give it away, I'd give it to Jewels 4 God. If I could use it for something else, I'd take my family to the beach for the weekend before school started (you can't put a price tag on quality time).
Update Well, my wife and I were able to bless others like God had asked us too. Here is an update: - We provided backpacks and school supplies to 3 Cooper Elementary Students - Helped out a fellow 4042'er having a tough month with some groceries, gas and a few other things - I loved a couple of Kent's ideas with providing care packages to the homeless and treats for kids in Raleigh we gave him some funds for that - Went to the Food Pantry at Clayton Church of God and they said they needed diapers/wipes so we contributed towards that - Connected with old high school friend and he's raising money for a friend that has a rare cancer and we helped them get closer to his goal - Provided some meals a birthday cake for a close neighbor that lives in a home with no power and no running water We ended up going over our $500 but we were able to touch many people in His name. It felt so good and I hope others catch on and share the success stories and it gets contagious. Thanks for your ideas and we are blessed to have the ability to bless others.
That's fantastic and thank you so much for helping people out ! You and your wife a beautiful people .
