    Not so much, maybe a chocolate dipped cannoli shell. But the filling for cannoli's always starts with a ricotta cheese. Some places put chocolate chips in their filling, but it still has a ricotta cheese base.

    I would be hard pressed to make them! I know it is alot of work and we only did it for the holidays. I will ask my aunt if she has the recipe!:)
