I'm in charge of organizing a neighborhood pig pickin. Can anyone recommend someone who'll set up and cook the big right in the neighborhood?

Check with Holt Barbeque to see if they might do it. They are out of Smithfield on 301.

Lance at Medicap owns Backyard Bistro. His setup is amazing! I do not have a number but I have been to many events catered by him and everything was Fantastic!

There is a guy named Tyrone Williams out of Four Oaks. He owns his own trucking company and also owns his own catering service called JP's. It is the best chicken, pork chops, ribs I have ever eaten. We had him do our father's day cookout this year. He came to our house, set up in the yard and cooked all day. They all the fixin's to go with it like veggies, bread, tea, ice and setup with plates, napkins and such. I can't remember the phone number for the catering service, but he is in the phone book in Four Oaks under his name. I give him 2 thumbs way up.

Man that dude is ROLLIN'. I was wondering how he affords Dallas Cowboys season tickets.........lol. He's a cool guy as well. May I suggest Carolina BBQ in Garner or Selma as well. Holt's Lake, as the previously mentioned are great too. I can only go with who we've used.

All the places are great, but I will give another thumbs up for Lance Wheeler. You have to see his set up to believe it...first class all the way.
