    That reminded me, thanks - MUST DRINK WATER!!! I've just BARELY drinking enough -

    So I just went and drank 2 cups straight.

    Everyone reading this right now, take a drink!

    ok I took my drink of water- working on my first 64 ounces....
    - I love crystal light!!!!

    you go Bren!!!! I have won much of anything lately..cash wise...
    I did get a really nice back massager at the convention for only 20 bucks in a silent auction. The one I won sells for about 50 bucks, so I guess that is not bad. has heat too.

    I hope eveyone is being good!

    I'm drinking my water, with my crystal light in it, but i'm a drinkin' it!:lol:
    I am wondering what to have for lunch though.
    Thinking tuna wrap.
    *sigh*
    running out of ideas
    I have started to really hate cooking.

    I don't have time to cook anymore or make anything for lunch so i grab a frozen dinner. Today I'm having a lean cuisine chicken alfredo. Just an FYI : Smart ones, lean cuisine, Lean Michellena (sp?), and heathly choice all have the weight watcher points listed on the box. It makes it so easy and you have a lot of difference choices.

    Thanks everybody!! I'm thrilled!! Trying to decide if I should take $20 of it and go buy 2 more. :lol:

    Pepper it sounds like you got you a good deal! I'm all about saving some money....and I love back massagers!!

    I bought me some crystal light and that does make a big difference. I've had 38 ounces so far today.

    Dag Sassy, you're trying to make me spend all of my winnings aren't you?? :mrgreen:

    As for lunch today...I know this will gross out some of you but I'm having 2 fat free hotdogs (boiled) and dipped in mus-My Friend and ketchup, 1 cup of green beans, and 1 small cup of those Mt. Olive petite dill pickles. Only 3 points I think. The hotdogs are 1 each, the 1 Tbls ketchup is 1, the green beans are 0, the pickles are 0. I hope I got that right anyway.

    Now I've gone and drank TOO MUCH water ... I'm getting all my exercise RUNNING to the bathroom!!!

    I went and got a mild diruetic to help with some of the bloat.
    Man does it make you go!

    We talked about how zero point foods can add up to real points, in today's meeting. Afterwards, FrameMaMa brought up a really good issue ... Crystal Light! I just looked it up ... 6 servings of Crystal Light = .5 points. One little packet = 2 servings. If you drink three packets of those a day, it equals a half point. It can add up if you drink lots of them!

    WOO HOO ELIMS!!!

    I have found that if I drink 4 bottles of water with the crystal light in it, that is one point, but it also is all my water servings!!
    And HEY dont forget the exercise you get running backand forth to the bathroom!!:lol:

    I was really shocked at how some of the foods I thought were free for all's because they were zero points really aren't.
    I love raw cucumbers and mushrooms, I usually eat them chopped up by the plateful, but never realized that they could have points!
    3 cups of mushrooms is 1/2 a point!!!
    I am going to invest in the WW scale. I love that it will help you calc. exactly how many points are in something.

    Way to go Elims and Frame! Congrats on your losses.
    I thought today's meeting was very interesting; who knew that if you ate enough veggies you'd get points??

    I was down 3 pounds this week, reaching my first 15 lost.:)

    Sorry to break the news to you...

    Good health guideline #4...

    "Feel free to count caffine-free, sugar-free beverages like caffine-free tea and sugar-free lemonade- but only for half of your water intake."

    You need to drink some plain old water :)

    why if you simply flavor your water does it only count as half when you could put mint, cucumber, or orange slices in your water and get the flavor also.
    I personally dont like doing that, I hate water, we have city water its disgusting.
    I will have to look into that further, because I dont see how putting a sugar free, caffiene free mix in your water cuts the serving in half.

    Yeah, I wonder why. I mean ... it doesnt stop being water, because you add something to it. It's still water. I'm curious about that.

    I know the water question has come up in meetings but cannot recall why only half counts toward your daily intake. Ask your WW leader this week. She should be able to provide an answer.

    Crystal light does have 5 calories and will add up to points if you drink alot. I buy the Walmart brand and they have 0 calories. THey are yummy. My favorite is the cherry limeade.

    I agree that if you drink enough of the crystal light it will have points I did not think it would effect your water serving intake though.

    Well I leave for the weekend and when I come home, I see that all 3 of you ladies lost weight this week! Congratulations!!! :cheers:

    It sounds like you all are heading in the right direction. Keep your fingers crossed for me tomorrow night.
