    Ok Sassy & Kaci.....are you going tonight?? Rhonda bailed on me. She went to homecoming with her mom at church yesterday and had chicken pastry, candied yams, cake, etc. She said there was NO WAY she was going tonight. :lol:

    Yes I will be there! I am a little nervous. I did awesome this weekend but my little "friend" came to visit so I am not sure what will happen. I did some step work outs, drank water, went walking, and rode my bike. I feel good but we shall see. I'll see ya there.

    I started it but lost interest, I need to pick it back up. You can track food, exercise and join the different communities and ask lots of questions on them..

    Now that it is getting cooler, I dont mind getting out to walk and stuff. Put the mules on a leash and BOOM, they will exercise me....

    I HATE the extreme heat. anything above 85 or 90...ugh..

    Tit, there are several of us going to the one on 1010 at Hollands Church on Monday nights. Then there are others going on Saturday mornings in Clayton.

    I've got to start the exercising....

    I go to the one on Saturdays at the Clayton Womens Center
    LOVE it!
    I am going to join Rex Wellness center in Garner
    so that I can swim laps and workout there.
    They have a decent deal going.
    You get to use the center fully
    Monday-Friday between 7:30 and 3:30
    for $44 a month.
    Not bad I dont think
    I love to swim laps.
    Been on a swim team ever since I can remember.

    Let us know how it goes Bren!!!

    Well I didn't do as good as I had hoped, but I lost .2 pounds. At least its a loss! No star this week.

    I was there...I just didn't stay for the meeting. I waited after I weighed in but I never saw you come in. I got there at 6:30 and weighed in. Then I waited inside for a while, then I went out to the parking lot. What time did you get there? After a while I went ahead and left since I didn't see anybody else there. :cry: I thought everybody had jumped ship tonight. Was the meeting any good???

    Anyway, I can feel your pain. I only lost .4 tonight. For a grand total of 3.2 pounds. Guess neither one of us won the bet did we?? :lol: Like you said...at least it's a loss for both of us.

    I got there around 6:40. I may have been in line when you left. :cry: The meeting was good. She made us get into groups and discuss some of our negative thoughts. The meeting was about how our mind affects our weightloss. Mike (the guy that lost 115 pounds) became lifetime last night and he was passing around pictures of what he looked like before. That was amazing. I would never have thought he looked like that.

    Shoot, I wish I had stayed now!!! We had to have passed somewhere along the way. Because I was still there at 6:40. Did you park in the same area that you did last time?? I can't believe I missed you. I would have loved to see how Mike looked before he lost that much weight.

    There were several new people so the wait was kinda long. I must have been next in line or something when you left. I actually parked in the same spot as last time.

    I think that's a good idea, for those of us who have a more flexible schedule can walk during the day/mornings? Others can meet up after working. We can all meet Saturday Mornings (not at 6)!! Sunday's and most evenings I'm out. AND the time change is coming soon, it's alredy getting darker sooner.


    I'm in. AND for us who have bikes we can ride in each other's neighborhood. :hurray:

    Here's what I've committed to do, cause a diet ain't in my future right now.

    NO MORE FAST FOOD!

    I'm not eating fast food anymore, period. We eat too much of that crap, and I figure if I cut that out alone, I should drop some weight.

    Try to drink more water.

    Ride my bike.

    That's what I got for now. Who wants to go riding?

    Bren, sorry i didn't make it last night - work was a bit crazy and i did not get away in time to make it - i'll give ya a call this week. Congrats on your loss:hurray: and you too Sassy and everyone else:hurray:

    We can't ride 2 close, I might run into you. :lol: OR I'll just be in the weeds.


    HG's master plan...

    Eat breakfast (yuck)
    Drink water (vomit)
    Eat lunch (whatver)
    No more beer during the week (yes, I'm insane)
    No eating after 7 pm (that's not very hard)


    Weighed in yesterday am, so it will be interesting to see what my weight is next Monday.
