I went to Friday's last week, and I got the Chicken Brushetta pasta. I ate only half, and had a really nice salad to start with. I don't know exactly how many points, but I guestimated at about 12-14 for the dinner and another two for the salad. I might have been under, but I had saved 20 points for dinner that day!

I honestly dont know. Been working out hard at the gym, cheated really bad only once, but it's a bad time of month ... so I have no idea what the scale is going to say.

    I know the feeling girl.
    We will make it though.
It is TOM for me, so not sure what it is going to say.
Been trying to workout everyday, cramps make it impossible!
Only worked out twice this week.
Going to get the Rex Membership next month.
I think that the swimming will help a lot.
    I hope8)
    Hang in there chicky!
    See you Saturday!

    :)
I don't know either! I stupidly got Zaxby's last Saturday after a frustrating experience at Walmart... not thinking that it would be tooooo bad. Boy was I mistaken. 20 points for what I ate! And there were two friends of mine who celebrated birthdays this week, so I had two small slices of cake. I've been working out and the only day I might've gone over in points was the day of Zaxby's.

*sigh* We'll see. I'm prepared to see a gain, but my clothes are still fitting really well. Good luck to everyone tomorrow!:)

I guess we gotta remember, and remind each other, not to get discouraged no matter what! I tend to run off and blow it all, if I get discouraged ... go on an eating binge.

It's funny ... I punish myself, by eating bad things ... like pizza and ice cream. When I do good, I reward myself with wanting to work out more, eating 'good' foods ... pushing harder to do even better. There's something psychological in that ... *ponder*

It is funny when you think about it that way. I know after I ate that ridiculous food at Zaxby's I felt horrible even before I knew how many points it was. The past few weeks with success and seeing the scale go down, I have worked out harder and tried to focus on good choices rather than being sucked in to the bad ones.

And you're right about encouraging each other no matter what. We're all working hard, and even if the scale doesn't show a loss we'll have to keep reminding each other to stay strong and stay focused on that goal! We can do it!

Off topic, just have to say that I love your dogs picture with the Kong. Kongs are so great, esp. on rainey days when our dogs can't get all their running/exercise for the day, their use to about 3 hours of running/exercise/instruction each day.
    Love, love, love their Kongs.

My dog LOVES his too. He has a serious obsession with it... to the point that I'm considering staging an intervention. :)

I haven't seen the scale drop much, and it is really dishearting, but I measured myself after this is the 4th week on WW.
    I have lost 4 inches!!!!
I tried on a pair of pants that I have not gotten into in TWO YEARS!!
    I cried.
They were snug but they fit!
I was really bad one night last week.
I'm talking double burger, baked fries, ranch to dip in, and ice cream for dessert
It turned out to be about 21 points, but I never use my weeklies so I did not beat myself up too bad.
I have found that when I binge on something or have somthing that is really not a good choice, I feel really bad about it.
but hey....like Tonia says, slow and steady...8)

Buena...love your pic!! What a cutie!

I can relate to what you're saying. I don't know why this time on WW I'm having such a difficult time. Back in 2003 when I was on it, the first week I lost 5 pounds. Now going into week 4 I've only lost 3.2. I just am not able to stick to it like I did then. My downfall is my beer. I love having a couple of beers while I'm cooking at night and they end up putting me over my points. I really need to start exercising but I swear I don't have time. Guess I need to try and make time for it.

Good luck tomorrow ladies!! Let us know how it goes!!
