We flirt a lot at work and I really think you're sexy. I'm married but I find you hot as anything I'd love to have fun with you, it just has to be discreet. If you're interested, reply to this email with a pic and tell me who I am and where I teach. We can talk in school and figure something out.

Good grief! Now you know why I'm teaching my youngest two at home.

Cleo, you want me to hang on to my school stuff to pass to you in a couple of years? ;)

Really, Ready! Have people no shame? I feel icky when regular businesses have this crap going on, but school employees?

I thought his post was very discreet, mentioning the county and all... Dummy.

It's blocked for me too. So, just out of curiosity (and no I'm not trying to stir up anything), how do y'all know this isn't some student trying to get back at a teacher (or teachers) who gave them a D?

Good point, this kid would be a genius among his/her peers! Just think of all the teacher's pictures he/she could accumulate... and boy what a story he'd have for his next school project!

If this were a kid's plan Clif, it would not be a very well thought out one. Everything would lead right back to him. One of the first things they confiscate with any warrant is one's computer.

He may be, but he wouldn't be that original. Just a couple of years ago a student was brought up on charges for creating a myspace page under his teacher's name and made references in it to (the teacher) being gay and child pornography.

Which is the reason I bring it up.

I found some interesting school teacher's pages when the motley crue mom shared her myspace.

Like I said, if it is, it wouldn't be the first time. Presuming what you posted was the entirety of the Craig's list post, there is very little there to implicate someone.

Think about it. The person does not name names themself, he (or she) is looking for pictures and names of teachers who have been flirting and who they have been flirting with.

Whatever, Clif. I'm not sticking my finger in the washer today.

So let's just overload the guy's email with responses and huge photo files.

But not to argue with you, to bring it to other parents' attention. I don't doubt for a minute that it is highly possible it could be a legit posting. We've had inappropriate relationships with students, meth ingredient mules, why not affairs?

It is possible, but it's also possible it's just a kid who's a little too smart for his britches. Is it really worth notifying the parents causing them to believe the schools are just a half a tic away from the next reality series, "Desperate Teachers" only to find out it's the latter?

I am all for notifying of wrong doing, but only when there is a little more proof than what you posted from the Craig's List ad. Otherwise, one should take a lesson from the story of the boy who cried wolf.

That's all I wanted to say. Once again, my intent was not to stir up anything. My personality caused it to go a little farther than my original intent, for which I apologize.

What if it's simply someone who is going thru a divorce (not divorced yet, technically still married) who is just interested in another person.

Just b/c they're a teacher doesn't mean they should have no personal life.

When I was in high school, the asst. principal was dating a senior, they made it known to everyone else about 2-3 weeks after she graduated...
