Club DJ on house arrest

This is just plan ignorance and i feel so bad for the women / men that came in contact with this young man , How can someone knowing full well they had this awful disease put others at risk for it just to get off ...I dont understand people and they only gave him 45 days in jail and house arrest , Just distributing in so many ways ...

I think this was discussed when it first came out, but I was seriously JUST reading this article! It didn't say what he did to violate his parole. I mean going into a club is one thing but then having sex with an unknowing partner are on opposite ends of the violation spectrum, imo. So I wish it had said what he did to violate it.

 

Ahh didn't see anything and i did a search for it , I always seem like the last to hear about things or am the last to post stuff already posted . Believe me when i say this , I really do search before posting ...Cant never seen to find the posts .. Anywho doesn't it say he violated the probation for NOT letting ones know he was HIV positive and NOT wearing a condom ? That's what i read ..Maybe i didn't read it right ..

Yea i also seen this and thought wow what a way to let someone know . The HIV dude story is much different and so much more of a sad situation .

 

They just updated the story on WRAL, he was arrested for and found guilty of not notifying sexual partners that he was HIV positive back in April. He violated his probation by admitting guilt on Tuesday to having sex without wearing a condom.

I think it would be better if his winkie rotted off, instead of just falling off.

I wonder how they know he had unprotected sex and that he didnt tell his partner. I mean, how do they monitor that kind of thing. Maybe a GPS device on his winky instead of his ankle?

if you were put into a situation like that you wouldn't want to make this guy suffer a little? Imagine the call or letter that says you have been exposed to HIV and you will need to have a test and then wait to see what the results are. I can't even imagine. Your world would turn upside down. You bet I'd be mad enough to want to hack it off.

That would scare the freaking heck out of me , Thank god im married and have been for yearssssssss and he knows if he ever pulled a stunt like cheating i would not hesitate to chop it off and put that in my blender ...haha
