Has Joey's Closet kids consignment @ 40/42 opened yet?

Has this place opened yet? I keep meaning to look as I drive by, but that's not the safest road to do any 'checking out' as you drive by

It was to be in the same strip of shops with Dairy Queen.

 

I stopped by yesterday and they were hanging racks but not open. It looks like it may be another week or so.

I wish her all the luck, but this well be the third kids consignment store to open at 40/42. The others didn't do so well. I just hope she doesn't take in as much junk as the others. Can't stand to see old carters, walmart etc. Hopefully she only take in actually "name brand" clothing.

 

Aren't Carters brand name clothing for infants and toddlers?

 

Yeah, I found that quite offensive. All my babies wore was Carter's... :lol:

But I agree on the Walmart castoffs.

Do you honestly not get the difference between a long time poster asking a question and someone coming on here blatantly advertising for themselves? I mean really, you can't be that dumb. Or perhaps you've need to remove the stick you were whining about in another thread from your own posterior. It wasn't cute months ago and it's not cute now.

 

Did you all hear about carters children's clothing ? It was in the paper i want to say Friday , It said that the clothes were giving babies rashes and if your child develops one to please take it off right away . Also said carters will not recall any of there clothing . Just something to think about if you have lil ones still wearing those clothes

I should have made myself a little clearer. I'm tried of seeing those Carter outfits that have been around for 5 or more years. Fuzz balls all over them and worn out. My kids wear Carter's pj's all the time. Most of those stores had racks full of that junk.

and I did say "old" Carter's.

 

Even if you wash it i would imagine , Most people wash new clothes before they wear them i think , I know we do . I didn't read much else about it , My lil one does not wear carters and as a matter of fact i have never seen carters clothes . I bet you can still pull it up on news and observer and find out . I have no idea what could be causing the rashes but from what it said a lot of babies have been having them . Good luck

Really my4? You have never seen Carter's clothing? There is an outlet in Smithfield, one in Morrisville, not to mention it is sold in just about every major department store in the US.

 

No i really never seen them , I have shopped many times at the outlets but go in for what i want and im back out . I never look around and have never seen carters , If i have i didnt know it . Are they cute clothes ? If they are , thats to bad they are giving kids rashes
