Why is Layaway not offered anywhere anymore?

    If you can't start in the early spring and save up enough by October, then you don't need it. :lol:

    I've got a bag of M&M's on layaway right now. Just a few more payments ...and hello chocolaty goodness!!!

    My take is that had the money, just nowhere to store the items. Layaway is great for Christmas because of storage. Kmart is offering layaway, but it has to be out by Dec 5.

    Kmart at Smithfield does do layaways. My dd put some on last week.
