I'm thinking of becoming a Pampered Chef consultant. I went to a party over the weekend and I think it would be a pretty fun job to have. Now I want to ask the 4042 community- What are the chances of any of you hosting a cooking party? Your input is very much appreciated! Thanks!

I have hosted many parties! I go to alot too! I love it! I am having a party this weekend (not pampered chef this time). ALOT of people like PC in this area....course, what's not to love? I think you would do well. Good Luck!!
I'm with you girl. Lately I've been roped into Beauti Control, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay and a Passion Party. Of course I really enjoyed one of them, lol.
Ya'll just need to learn the art of saying NO. :lol: I only do it if I want to, and only every few years. Just often enough to remind me WHY I don't do it more often, LOL. I've been on both sides, sold Home Interiors eons ago, and my feelings were never hurt when someone didn't want to. It ain't for everybody. I've actually thought of doing the Premier Jewlery thing myself. Gotta think long and hard on that though.
I guess the reason I went is b/c they were for friends who were having parties. With the economy the way it is now I think more people including me will be saying no a little more often.
Oh, I go to and enjoy the parties themselves, I just rarely sign up to do my own show. 8) I love going out and meeting folks, you never know who will show up. :jester:
