nah, don't get that, colinmama has always been cool with me - i have only checked in very randomly for the last month or so, so i am way behind on what is going on, guess i will have to wait till i have time to get on more often to figure it all out, but it is all good

So how about those Christmas ideas???

 

I am doing an Irish Christmas this year. Last year I made "Gingerbread Men" ornaments out of flour, salt, and coffee for the tree in honor of our German Heritage, made a gingerbread house, and of course German food. This year it will be shamrocks and pigs (I don't know the significance behind pigs - anybody?), Irish fare for dinner, "candles" in the windows (anybody seen these at the Dollar Tree?). Anyways, if anybody has any recipes or traditions to share, I would love to hear them.
