I looked and didn't see a thread about this place. I just noticed it over the weekend and am wondering if anyone has any information about it. It is on 42 near Dr R's office. It looks like it is a children's consignment store.

Hey, I went in there the other week, its is a children's consigment. It's an ok place, I really didn't get a good look at the cloths I had my 2 year old with me :? but I really like Lillypads Botique on 301 heading into Dunn, its also a children's consigment, she has nice cloths and good deals.

I PM'd this person (I think it's the owner) last week. You can do a search on good luck to new businesses or something like that from a couple weeks ago and find her name if you want. She gave me some info, I'm hoping to go into the place tomorrow with some stuff to see about selling. I also wanted to check out the clothes as well for my little one, I have a hard time finding clothes that fit him due to his small size. I'll post what I find out. Other people on here have posted and said they liked what they found in there.

I went by there this morning but they weren't open yet. They open during the week at 10, and there was a sign on the door (if anyone is interested) saying they've got so many people dropping things off that they are doing it this week by appt only. I've PM'd Danielle for a time but haven't heard back from her. Sounds like they've been busy. From the pm she sent me it sounds like they're getting a lot of clothes in, but not a lot of baby furniture and other items like that. I peeked in the windows and it looked like they had a lot of stuff in there, can't wait to check it out! FYI: They're open until 3 on Sat and closed on Sun.

    Closed on Saturday!?

We went there on Saturday IN THE RAIN and it was CLOSED!!! I was very disappointed since we live near mcgees crossroads and made the trip. The hours on the door read Saturday open 10am to 3pm. It was around 11:30. I don't think they will make it if they do not open the hours that are posted. Just my opinion. We have seen two failed kids consignment stores in the past few years. I wish this one luck!

Wow, that stinks! Did it say they'd be back after lunch or anything? I was there before they were opened this morning, so that's why they weren't open when I was there.

I did to, and they were closed.... I had to recount the days to make sure it wasn't Sunday and I was confused ....and then looked at my watch to check the time.... kept looking in the store like she would appear.... ended up having to drive to Garner all for a size 4t blue shirt.... $8 at Belk's..... oh well, must have been b/c it was thanksgiving weekend and maybe she was out of town.... it was a funny moment when I wasn't sure what day it was.... whew, throw me for a loop!

No sign saying why or if they would be back

I looked for a sign..Like Kimmie I thought maybe they were not open. I looked at my watch and then at her sign. They were supposed to be opened according to their sign. I don't see a retail store being closed in Thanksgiving weekend!? That is the busiest time for shoppers. I will try them once again maybe this Saturday!

My son is 6 and I have lots of size 5 jeans, shirts, etc. I think I will call her for an appointment. I usually do Kids Exchange in Raleigh. With my son growing so quick I can hardly keep up with him and his new clothes!! URGH!!

There is also a new consignment store in Garner in Averboro Square, Buttons & Bows. They have some VERY cute stuff and very reasonable prices as well. I am excited to have all these new options!

    Thanks!

I may go up there this Saturday! My friend has a three month old and I told her about a few shops that I knew. I did not know about this one. The best thing is the Kids Exchange at the fairgrounds. It is in January!!

    This Saturday

I will try to make it there this saturday. I saw the hours posted for Saturday and like another poster I thought it may be Sunday! I had to look at my watch and it was Saturday.

I work in Raleigh and it is hard for me to get out there before you close. I have lots of clothes/shoes, etc. that I have from my son. I may need to visit you and see what you have for sale and if my stuff would sell there or not.

Do you consign and pay there on the spot? or do you wait for the items to sell and then pay? If you would like PM me or I am sure some of the other ladies and gentlemen would like to know too. Thanks!!

we are taking most brands from circo, childrens place, gap, baby lulu, hanna anderson etc. we dont want to only take the brand name clothing b/c not all people can afford that. we are resale, so you bring in your items and we will take a look at them (it could take us a day, maybe a week...depending on how backed up we are) and then for the items that we want we will make you an offer and if you want like the price we have given you, you may either get store credit or a check. we take clothing from preemie to size 16 and then anything and everything to do with kids...toys, video games, equipment, furniture, etc. if you have any questions you can call or email me...thanks agian everyone!
