We actually stayed at Embassy Suites at Crabtree. Ate dinner at Cheesecake Factory, and then had a great evening dancing at the hotel. They did a really great evening. It was all included and we even had a great breakfast this morning. Definitely lots of different folks out there, but it was fun to watch them. All ages, 21 to 65, probably. I think it's a plan for next year.

    Well, that sounds cool!

My favorite New Years Eve ever was when I was probably 19, before hubby and I were married or had kids, we went with 2 other couples to a bowling alley far, far away from here. They charged like $100/couple to bowl and eat all night (can't remember if drinking was included or extra, but I don't drink anyway so it didn't matter to me). We had so much fun bowling, eating, and them drinking! I don't like to go out now because of the drunks on the road, and no one to watch the kids anyway, but that night sure was fun. I think we ended up getting rooms at the hotel next door so we didn't have to drive, but not sure.

I agree, but given the number of years he looked the same it has been a signifcant difference.

Yeah, it was nice to just not have to worry about anything. Even going across the street to The Cheesecake Factory, the hotel had a shuttle. We didn't have to worry about anything while we were there. I would definitely recommend this to others. We may even do it again next year. We'll invite other couples, they just can't share a room.
