So what's the big deal here? Aren't people allowed to have different opinions? Some are so quick to point fingers and throw stones. I just don't get it sometimes. To each his own.

 

I did, but the initial conversation was geared more the way I stated, but I have to agree most people that I know that committed suicide where selfish they only thought of themselves, yes I know its an illness but this is a treatable illness if you ask for help.

 

What do we need to read between the lines for?

Sometimes a suicide attempt - esp a public one is a way of asking for help. Stupid and selfish is more of a definition of how others feel about the victim's actions - not how they really are.

Ok, so this person didn't go through with it..but what kind of attempt was made..was this person just saying it or just really really had a object to do it?
I'm just trying to get info on what the kids could have seen.

I do agree that it is a illness, but I also believe that it's something some do for attention only and really have no plans of going through with it. Just to say hey look at me..and yes I have experience this around me more once from different people.

Weather.com kept saying it was gonna snow on my bday next week. Checked this morning and now it says sunny! I feel jipped!
