if they don't lock him up he WILL be doing this to humans, if he hasn't already. He probably won't get any time behind bars, except for having the remains of the predatory birds (federal offense) animal cruelty doesn't carry much jail time, especially if he's never been in trouble before.

 

Just kill him and be done with it. Just the thought of my tax dollars paying for him to have cable, three squares and heating and air.. annoys me.
THat's my feeling on this type of person, baby/elderly rapists, drug dealers and dead to rights guilty murderers.
