It looks like he fell. This day was cold and the lifts were icy.

I have to say last week my daughter, our friend and I were just talking about these young guys who have to wear there snowboard pants baggy, showing off their boxers, and we said one of these days someone's going to expose themselves.

See it is a style for some boarders to have their pants dangling around their knees.

Poor guy is lucky his face didn't get photographed. This was in the paper on Monday (of course his rear end was blurred out). Today there was a big section of letters to the editor some complaining some laughing.

The complaints yes valid the guy could of fallen on his head, but he didn't. So yes as cruel as it seems I think it's funny.

It was the talk of everyone on my bus ride home. Apparently it was his son in the chair with him.

why not throw a coat over the poor man's privates when they got to him! This is my kind of luck.

Pants stuck in the defective seat.

UPDATE

Okay well here's the update. The guy was okay and laughed it off, it was his son in the chair with him.

Sad part...the photographer worked for "the local" photography company (sharpshooters) and GOT FIRED. He was off duty just enjoying his own day on the mountain. Word the town complained to the company because someone new he worked there and the company said it wasn't how they want to be represented.

shheezz...maybe TMZ or the Smoking Gun will hire him now?
