There is Venero's cattering facility in Clayton, 'Monti Hall'. 553-0761 They usually have meal's only but they may work with you on a group that size. They have wireless, it's not an open connection, but I'm sure they'd let you use it for the presentation.
Restaurant I can't think of the name of the place right this minute, but it's right next to SAS in Cary. I think the name of the restaurant/hotel is Harrisons. It's pretty new, and I would think since it was built by the SAS folks, it could very well have wi-fi.
Are you thinking of the Umstead Hotel? It's on the SAS campus, and the restaurant is Heron's. Don't know if they have wifi but it's really upscale.
