Yeah...I was suprised...but when I ask my coworkers all over the world...they all seem to like Obama. Oh, and I did ask him...not all French hate Americans. :)

They like him because he will make America weaker. The French shouldn't hate the US since we are the reason they don't speak German. Some forget that unfortunately.

Call before you go because they keep selling out. It takes around twenty minutes to get there and they have some great restaurants and cafes'.

    Good luck,

Actually, you would be amazed at how much they know about American history...and my contacts are quite humble about the relationship between Americans and the help we gave them...unfortunately some of their past leaders have been a bit arrogant and want to think the French did it themselves (it is a cultural thing) but the general people are very friendly toward Americans...but I digress...oh and for the record...I did not vote for Obama :)

Others forget it was the French and their fleet that played a very significant role in the United States being anything other than British colonies. :?

It used to be even better but they lost some of the shops. Goldworks moved to the University Mall in Chapel Hill (not bad as they have three art galleries and Southern Seasons in that location) and the other gallery left and then went out of business. The management there wanted to convert it more to offices for a while, but that seems to have changed now that the American Tobacco is open and is better as a business campus. They do have a good pub and Mellow Mushroom at the Tobacco complex too.

Love the Mellow Mushroom. We usually try to eat at a different place each time. I'd rather job in that area than any mall.
