This is speculation on my part, but the mental condition of the daughter might be so fragile that even though the parents might wish him dead, they don't dare do this until some therapy is put in place. Then again the parents might want him as a son in law! :ack:
I, too, think the only reason could be that the parents are concerned about the mental stability of their daughter and the health of their grandchild. Makes one wonder about the whole situation. I am afraid I would have done a Bobbit on him and I don't know what I would have done with the teen. Sherry P.S. Wait a darn minute....the judge would not say whether this guy is the child's father.....why not?
