I network with a small group of people (14-20) and we are looking for somewhere to meet once per month for about an hour. We tried a couple of coffee places but they are too small. Anyone know of a place that would let us meet for an hour if we patronize their business? We don't want a restaurant where we have to eat a big meal, just somewhere where we could go and meet and get a drink or something.
    Thanks for any suggestions!

    What kind of networking?
    Is it like BNI?

Panera Bread is a great place for that.

Maybe one of the fast food places? I know my son has met some D&D groups at Wendy's and played there a couple of hours. Of course, like you said, they patronized the business.

    Not sure what BNI is?
We are a group of home party planners and entrepreneurs that get together and bring our advertisements to put into bags. The bags are then distributed to people (free of charge). We have several representatives from different companies as well as business owners that want to advertise their businesses at a very low cost. It's a good way to get our information out there.
We tried Starbucks, but it isn't big enough. We went to another coffee shop in Garner, and it wasn't big enough either.
    Thanks for the suggestions :)

I checked there but they want $45 for 5 hours or less for a meeting room.
That was a good idea though.
    Thanks :)
