I thought jammies in public started with teens, I have seen it in other areas - not just JoCo. And yes, I would wear my jammies to church (if I didn't clean my bathroom in them and have bleach on them). God doesn't care what you wear as long as you show up. That said, I have only worn my jammies in drive thrus but don't really care what others wear as long as they are covered up.
WOW! We actually have someone who knows exactly what God could care less about, but just "to a point". You are really special!
<sigh> I think pj pants in public are a little tacky, but as long as your crack ain't showing, I'll just privately roll my eyes a bit. Hate the crocs though, especially on grown men. Saw a man who had to be at least 60 the other night wearing a neon green pair. Ah well, to each his own.
 That would about cover it! I guess we are just of a different generation. Never wore a dress without hose and a slip, you never had a bra that allowed "show-thru", no VPL, not too much cleavage either. Now it seems just about anything goes. I prefer to leave a bit more to the imagination. 8)
Yeah no *****... I never claimed to be a spelling bee here or anywhere else, and to lazy to look it up. I cleary have my times of stupidity here and could care less about that either, at least with that some laughter may be involved at my expense.. so job well done. The meaning was clear the spelling well it was off a few clicks...
There are at times I run into professors here and they kindly point me in the right direction and give me that helping hand.. TY all
ah, excuse me! JoCo is certainly NOT the laughing stock of the Triangle! I don't think 'we' have any more rednecks than other places. And as far as the PJ's I see that more around campuses than rural areas, such as ours. :boxing:
yep. we are definitely from a different generation. I personally care about looking halfway-decent before heading out into public. to each his/her own.
I know! I'm always worried I'll run into someone in the grocery store. That alwasy seems to happen when you look your worst! I at least brush my hair and slap on some war paint, LOL.
I always run into someone in the grocery, always. teacher, other parents, co-workers, old co-workers..... ya just never know.
God might not care what you wear to church but I always dress up because to me it is a respect issue. I wouldn't dare go into His house wearing PJ's or an old torn up shirt. I guess it just depends on what you are comfortable with.
It sure does! Have you ever seen Kell? She's stunningly beautiful (on the inside AND outside) and so is CF with her red-headed self.
