Geez ~ 1st what the heck is a 38 year old man doing with a 17 year old girl to start with, much less marry her and have kids! Parenets should be strung up for allowing this to have happened in the first place.
probably sold her - or better yet let her get married so that they could come here. either that or she did it to get here. selling yourself to get what you want is nothing new. I bet the reasons are as long as the phone book. sad.
even if they're a newborn and a 1 year old, she was 15 when she got pregnant the first time and she was pregnant again before she could stand up good from the first one i agree, the question seems to be more "where have they been"
