I hope they charge this good-for-nothing as a "woman". I hope both she & the 14 year old partner are charged as adults.
So, $15,000 bond on the first story and $500,000 bond on the second one. What is the matter with people? Horrid, just horrid! These are crimes where the Constitution should kick into the "Speedy Trial" so that they are not out on bail on such horrendous crimes. Yes, Kell, I agree that the 16 year old is not a "woman". But I think she should be tried in Adult Court and serve in an Adult Prison, if found guilty. Sherry
Has anyone seen the story last night or this morning on CBS about a girl named "Nia"? She was abused beyond belief as an infant, her younger sister was killed, yet she was taken in as a foster and the foster parents did an amazing job with her. She would growl, spit, hiss, cut herself, scratch herself, it was heart-breaking to see. I literally cried watching that poor child on tape. She eventually turned out OK, is in college now and is speaking out about child abuse. What a will to live she must have had.
