Ladies!!! I need snack ideas. I'm getting tired of skinny cows, nuts, yogurt, jello and pudding. Give me some ideas please!
Chocolate tootsie pops take care of my chocolate craving. Breyers FF french chocolate ice cream is only 1 point for 1/2 cup. Buy ziploc one cup bowls to use. This will help you restrict your serving size. Popcorn is a biggie for me when I need lots to much on. AllBran brand snack crackers FiberOne bars I make dip with FF sour cream and powdered Hidden Valley Ranch. I dip pretzel sticks (sticks keep me busy longer because I get more in a serving), carrots, ruffles or pringles FF chips, etc.... Fruits
Well I went this morning to find out that I had GAINED .6 lb my first week. I don't know why because I've done everything by the book and I've exercised. I hope it's better next week. How did you girls do?

Hey, Peekaboo ... I missed you yesterday, was looking for ya! Glad it's just cuz you went to the later morning meeting! Congratz on losing!!! Buena, hope you're ok ... hope it's not your back!! I lost my cell phone and 3 pounds this week. Maybe the two are related? Hmm ... how much did my cell phone weigh? Also made my 10 % goal! Yay! Michelle, hang in there ... your body has to adjust. Keep drinking those fluids, and making healthy choices.
WTG ELIMS!!! That is great honey! Sorry I could not stay. All that stuff in the room was making me nuts. I could not stand to be around it. Yeah, I figured all of that was getting to ya. I dont blame ya for needing to get out of there! We talked about the importance of fluids, this week. Why and how you should stay hydrated thru-out the day.

That's great! Keep up the good work. If you need a set of WW books, I have a set that you can have. they are a few years old but basically the same thing.

I'm so proud of you Frame and Michele!! Awesome work. I lost 3.2, which I think is just a combination loss because I missed the week before this one. Aaaand I won't be there this Saturday due to an opportunity to do a workshop and get paid for it on Saturday. I spent Sunday night in the emergency room for my gallbladder! Did you know that losing weight can make it flare up if you're already predispositioned to having the problem? Well it can! I've been referred for an ultrasound and will more than likely need to have surgery. If it's not one thing it's another!
My asked me since, I do come here everyday if I knew someone that would have the point list or something. Not sure what it is, but she wants it. So I need to see if I can find a way to get it. Anyone? Sheri
Not sure which point list you are referring to. Do you want the one that tells you how many points you can eat based on your weight? The points list for food would be way too big to post. In fact, they have books that have the points in them.
