ok, so you guys saw my situation about the hair on Wednesday and i posted that i had an appt with Sara at Head Quarters - what i did not know was that Sara had already left for the day and turned around and came back because they did not want to leave me hanging after my regular hairdresser did (she was sick). i had forewarned them that i had a head of hair and it usually takes about 3 hours, yet she came back in anyway. She did a great job, was a real sweetheart and the place is great - i was even able to get my conditioner i love so much there at a great price. So anyway, anyone looking for a great hair place where they really care about the customers and go the extra mile when it comes to customer service, i highly recommend Head Quarters Salon:hurray::hurray::hurray:
