take the income from the North Carolina Education Lottery as a source of revenue to help fix the state's budget deficit?

    In addition,

Is it right for the 100 counties across North Carolina to believe they are entitled to that income?

No - It is the North Carolina Education Lottery. I have written Perdue, Rozier and Etheridge

No to which question? I am sorry. Perhaps I should not have listed both questions but I am curious as to the public's opinion on both.

I am bad for jumpin' into assumptions, so I would grately appreciate it if you could let me and others know which question I posed to which you answered "No".

no sarcasim from me, just clarification - thank you

Yes. After all it is The N.C. Education Lottery. Says so right on the ticket I get when I have unrealistic dreams and play Power Ball.

Thank you very much for helping to clarify for me. I did assume I understood what you meant but I wanted to be certain I was correct.

It would be okay with folks if the NC state government kept, let's say

approximately $100,000.00 of funds Johnston County Schools were entitled to

    or

approximately $250,000.00 of funds Johnston County Schools were entitled to

    or maybe

approximately $500,000.00 of funds Johnston County Schools were entitled to

so the state may help with the state's budge deficit.

Now, keep in mind that all NC Education Lottery administrative costs and expenses will be covered 100% prior to withholding these funds.

should any of the 100 counties believe they were entitled to the funds in the first place?

No.......because most of those that were against the lottery from the start were against it for THIS VERY REASON.

NC government has never used monies in the intended way 100% of the time.

I believe the NC Education Lottery Money should only be used to pay lottery fees & for schools.
