Because he doesn't know sh**, that's why. You're absolutley correct. The distance between the Timber drive location and White Oak is a little over 3.5 miles, whereas the distance between White Oak and the new WalMart is almost 6 miles. If anything it'll have to do more with Chic fil a's propensity to site their businesses in more upscale developments. This may or may not be the case with this WalMart. ...and by the way Blus, stop trying to make excuses as to why your business failed.
i agree. most of them are lame. I do like the idea of a real sprint store. The man at 210 sprint store says he has nothing to do with the other wireless place up next to food lion. I believe him. he was nice...but he did not have much of a selection on bluetoothies.
Applebee's is coming - the deal/land just closed last week. They are coming on the vacant lot next to the REMAX building on Hwy 42 (next to the Urgent Care). I am not sure when they are breaking ground.
There is an Applebee's going in over between the real estate building and the urgent care, right on 42 - should be up in about 6 mths.
Coffee at WM 3.86 per bag. (Buy 5 at a time) savings about 10 bucks. Coffee at LF. 5.87 " " Coffee creamer at WM 2.92 per jug 5@ 80 cents...4 dollars. Coffee creamer at LF 3.72 per jug. LF gets our seafood and chicken business, occasionally fruits and veggies. That's about it. On just the two items, we save 14 bucks a trip, and LF and WM are about equidistant for us, or else on the way so it's not as if I have to drive a long way to save the coin.
We have a friend that eats a gluten free diet and she has found alot of products at Harris Teeter and Fresh Market.
We have actually found that in the last few months, cereal, fruits, veggies and meat/fish have been cheaper (and better quality) at Whole foods and Fresh Market compared to Walmart, Lowes and Harris Teeter. Trader Joe's is also a good value.
cool, since our office moved to Cary, i have done some searching and all those are close to my office, haven't been yet but hopefully will be able to check them out soon - thank goodness, finally something positive about having to work in Cary:hurray:
They must have installed a budget section then!!!!!!! We lived in Cary for 18 years and I can guarantee you that Whole Foods and Fresh Market were much more expensive than Walmart or just about any other store as far as that goes. You pay for the quality and location.
Whole Foods has a wine "Fallen Star" (?) for less than $4 and it is way better than Trader Joe's 3 Buck Chuck.
