Ya know, honestly, I was thinking "If that is Michelle, I can tell she's lost some weight." :hurray:

 

Yeah, that's embaressing when they start to recognise you in the fast food restaurants! I can relate to that!

 

It is! There was a half decent Chinese Restaurant here in Clayton (closed now) that I'd eat lunch at least once a week. I missed a few weeks and when I walked in the hostess's first words were "You ok? Where you been?" I about died of embarrasment! :lol:

Well don't be too jealous of me...I broke down and had some Miller Lites this weekend...along with ribs on the grill one night and chicken pastry another night. Today is my weigh in...not looking forward to it!!

 

Ok, back from Jenny Craig. I lost 1.8 this week. I need to lose 2.5 more to be at my halfway point! So of course, I had to stop at Arby's and get my free roast beef. I'm having a hard time with the "You don't reward yourself with food" portion of the program. Can ya tell?? :mrgreen:

Yeah, it really is Kaci. It's expensive but there is no thinking involved to start with. You buy all your food from them except some veggies and fruits. There is a planned menu so you know exactly what you get to eat each day, for each meal. And you're eating every 2.5 hours. So I never get hungry. I am to the point now that they're letting me substitute more regular food instead of having to buy theirs. I also buy my own snacks now instead of theirs. It all boils down to being disciplined....and you should know by now that I'm not. I like it being planned out for me (yeah I'm lazy too). :lol:

Truth be told, I really am. I can't believe I am dissing my Bud for a ML. What is the world coming to? :mrgreen:

Kaci, it varies depending on what you buy each week. Mine has ranged anywhere from $15 to $100 per week. Plus there is a start up fee. They have different packages where you can join. The one I go to is in Cary. Now I will tell you, my SIL joined, went 1 time and didn't go anymore. LOL

 

I must stay away from the Hibachi places!! I've really overdone it and gained some weight back. It's that damn white sauce. I don't know what they put in it but it is addictive. I really need to go to an addicts meeting. My name is Michelle and I'm addicted to the white sauce at Yummi Japan . . .

 

That sauce is nothing but some mayonaisse & ketchup with some garlic powder thrown in. I know, because we were so addicted I had to finda recipe!
