Whoa!

I am watching a show on the Discovery Health Channel and there is a poor man that weighs over 1000 pounds. OMG! I don't know whats worse, them filming him or me watching. It's like a train wreck. :?

 

OMG look at them trying to put him on that bed.

 

I've seen some of these before, but this is by far the worst. Who lets their family member get that large? Someone had to be feeding him, he hadn't left the house in 4 years!

 

that's what i was thinking. someone had to be bringing food to him. that is really sad.

 

I agree, it's a pure shame. I can't begin to imagine.

He lost 170 pounds in 30 days!!

 

I don't think I can watch any more.

 

I know, it's making me :ack: . Those hunks of flesh they were cutting off did it for me, and I have a pretty strong stomach. Ugg.

 

that did it for me too. i turned the channel and bf wanted me to turn it back. he's all in to it now.

I watched the two shows before it, and then I got sleepy, so I DVR'd the rest of that one.

I have to wonder how you let yourself get that bad though.....

 

count me in on this, I have been watching this as well. I feel so bad for the teenage boy, whose mom has bascially said this was her fault. Now she is in theropy to get her emotions under control and he is in danger of losing his life at 19 because of his weight. so sad

 

I didn't watch this show, but dang, the kid weighed 1000 pounds??? I could not even imagine being that big and not going out of the house for 4 years. That is awful! Y'all just grossed me out reading your posts!
