Nsane, this is inspiring! :grouphug: Tomorrow - day one for me - AGAIN! It's f'ed up. I HAVE a treadmill, and a 1/2 cage rack in the garage. It's just hard when you get into a routine AND it's raining AND cold in the garage. (that's my story and I'm sticking to it) I NEED to be motivated!!!!! Once it's warmer outside, we can all meet up at different neighborhoods and go walking, jogging or meet at the park and hit some balls around?? Clemens State Park should be opening soon also! :hurray: So... I have 4 (yes FOUR) pair of shorts (bought them for work), 10 (yes TEN) short sleeve shirts (not counting Harley Davidson shirts or work sirts with logos), DH and I have agreed that I'll take $750 (or more :twisted to blow once I drop 10 -15 lbs. No need in buying clothes NOW when I plan to drop some weight and be healthier anyways. Target time = End of April/1st of June. For motivation, I'm going to have DH take a picture of me NOW and put it on the mirror so it reminds me of the *goal*!!! I already wrote my weight and the date in eyeliner on the bathroom mirror. Don't worry, DH did also and we BOTH are on the *plan* to tone up and be more healthy!

I do push-ups and crunches on the ball only because I ain't a big fan of getting on the floor. It's easier on my back. I just followed the instructions on the insert when I bought the ball.
