Isn't there a meeting on March 17th as well? I thought I read something about it. It's imperative people participate in these surveys and needs assessment forums. With so many state budget shortfalls, this would be one area to be cut and that would be devastating for not just the people with mental health disorders, but the entire community. Mental health disorders have effects not only on that particuliar person, but those around them as well. You'd be suprised at the # w/ mental health disorders and what is considered to be a part of mental health. Please think of supporting our community but helping them decide what areas need extra support. Thanks for letting us know. Good luck. stephanie--mom to 7

Update on the NAMI Walk Statewide, we reached our goal of $110,000 (with more to come in). We had 770 walkers and more teams than anticipated (don't have all the numbers yet). It was a great event! Thanks to all who donated or participated! Hope to see you all next year!
