Does anyone know what nursery I can get red tips, hybrid poplar trees and crape myrtle trees at a fair price?

While we are on the subject of trees, I have seen some beautiful trees growing wild along the highways including I40 that have a purple blossom. They are in bloom right now. Does anyone know what kind of trees they are? I don't think they are a cherry tree since the blooms are so purple.
