I can't even tell you how many phone calls my residential salesman has already fielded on this. The company I work for is a drywall distributor and we've ever only sold gypsum products manufactured by National Gypsum, Certainteed, Georgia Pacific, Temple and American Drywall. ALL manufactured here in the U.S., the toxicity of this crap from China is pure scary!
We have a Greg Johnson home also! My husband is contacting them right now to ask about the drywall. I will post when we get a reply.

The news segment I saw last night said it mainly affected houses built in 04 and after, if that settles anyone's nerves at all. I'm beginning to wonder if it's a conspiracy. There are so many tainted products coming from China it makes one wonder. :? I think I am going to be checking labels a little more closely. Call me crazy.
I work for an insurance co and we are starting to see alot of claims for this stuff...... this stuff is bad news!
For all those in Greg Johnson homes, we spoke to his office and they told us that they get their drywall from Guy C. Lee building supplies in Smithfield. We plan on calling them to follow up. I will post our results.
