Not that large of a viewing area... That would be some kind of fireworks...

The aurora... and I don't mean northern lights... Its a very highly classified project that doesn't exist...

 

I colored all of it a dark auburn, and took the entire crown and bleached it blonde.

LOVE it! When the roots pop up, I may just go bleach blonde!

 

I just wouldn't be one of those people who would call 911 to say I hear loud booms and lights. Oh, but I wish I could be the 911 operator! I soooo couldn't take that job seriously with dumb calls such as those! :lol:

911 operator: ah Hello... ma'am, I'm just guessing here but, did the thought ever crossed your mind that, that very well could be someone shooting off fireworks? Oh, that was priceless! So in essences they got showered with frozen Russian space poo that heated up when it entered the atmosphere and exploded. LOVE IT!

 

Just as the SR, the U2, and F-117 didn't exist.....to start with.

I've always thought it's selective informational release by the military. You can operate a stealth fighter for years before it's even acknowledged as existing, but the B-2 stealth couldn't even take a maiden flight without pictures being all over the net and news.

Incidentally I read rumors about the Aurora project back in 2000 or so in Popular Mechanics.

It actually has dates attributed to it back to the late 80's into 90's... you are correct though on that...

I saw the blackbird SR71 back in the early 80's on Diego Garcia, it landed late night went in hangar under heavy guards, then it left a couple days later at night again.. Was on night duty working around the runway at the time... pretty cool...
