Well, I saw that one online, and then there is another one online that just goes by your weight and there is a 3 point difference per day. Does anyone have the booklet from the meetings? I called WW and they won't tell me. They of course, want me to go to a meeting.
And that's with the flex plan, right? I wasn't sure if the Momentum plan took those 35 flex points away or not.
Yes, the book I have is the flex plan, but also included the Core plan. I have not received a new book with the momentum plan. I wish I could ADD more points, I only have 18 per day unless I work out and earn more. But then, I am more hungry!! :beathorse:
We're not even gonna talk about how many points I have....cause it points to how much weight I've gained! LOL I know that when I did WW before, I didn't use any flex points during the week, and was really really good. Then I just didn't count as carefully on the weekends, figuring I had my 35 points to spare. It worked well for me that way. It's easier for me to control what I eat M-F.
just saw this on the website calendar: Bikini Bootcamp Clayton's Only NO-MEMBERSHIP Fitness Training Center Spring 2009 The Bikini Bootcamp starts at 6pm on March 5th, 2009 and is every Thursday after that. Aimee Batten, an NASM trainer, is the bootcamp instructor http://www.woodallsfitness.com/
Good luck today at weigh-in everyone who's going ... starting next week, I've gotta get back with the program!!! Been working way too much lately, havent been able to fit meetings around my schedule. Should go back to semi-normal (less OT, which is good and bad ... ) next week ...
We missed you Elims! I was back for the first time today, and I'm so glad I went despite being afraid of the scale. I lost 4 pounds. I'm .6 away from where I was before I gained with all my health issues. I'm so proud of myself, not because I lost (because I didn't really do anything to lose... it's not like I worked hard), but because I went today even though I was expecting to gain 5 pounds. Now that I have all these health things sorted out, I'm ready to get on track, stay focused and get to my big goal... We're going to Disney at the end of June... me, my boyfriend, and my whole family. I want to be down to a size 14 by the trip. I'm only one size-a size and a half away. But it seems like a whole lot right now. I so want to get there though. I hope everyone else had a great week. It was great to see everyone!
Although I'm not attending meetings, I am following the plan. Week one, and I'm down.......you're not going to believe this.......and yeah I know part of it is water weight.........plus I'm a big girl who has a lot to lose...... 10.5 pounds I just about fell off the scale this morning.
Holy crap batman! VERY GOOD!!!! You keep on and you're going to have to take back your *new* shirts.
Kaci, you've got to remember, I'm significantly bigger than you are. The bigger they are, the more they lose, lol.... And it won't be this way every week. The last time I did WW, I lost 7 the first week, and it trickled down from there. But thanks y'all, I'm motivated now, lol....
Yeah, yeah...I get it. BTW I forgot to add that I gained 3.5 pounds this week. Well actually it was for 2 weeks because I had to miss my consultation last week. And I have been eating sweets on top of sweets. Had my daughter go up to the bakery at 42 and gave her $20 to buy some stuff. She came home with all sorts of goodies.....guess who ate almost all of it???? :jester: So I guess I can't complain.
ok, 3 more lbs off this week on the plan i am on, total of 6 for 2 weeks, i know nothing outrageous but it is a start.
Go on girl! :hurray: BTW, if you have a black eyeliner pencil, write your weight on the bathroom mirror each week, it WILL keep you motivated!
