brunswick stew

    I know there are so many places to get a recipe for brunswick stew, But it seems i cant find a real good one. i would like to know how to make the kind that Smithfields bbq makes, I get close but no cigar, i am hoping that some of my true southern friends out there will have a true to life great one for me. All the ones i find say crazy things like add hot sauce etc... eww. no hot sause in brunswick stew. ill be glad to share it with you whomever can give me the correct recipe.
