Wondering if anyone knows of any laser tag places around here, or close by. I know about Adventure Landing, but was hoping for something a little different.
It's for my 16 year old and his friends, and I had considered paint ball as well, so any comments on either would be great.
    Thanks.

This is the only other place I could find when I was looking for my son, I don't know anything about it though, he decided on paintball instead

I think that is the place I used to go to when I was in my late teens early 20s. It is a lot of fun, your son will enjoy it.

They do the tag in groups and give you a "briefing" beforehand.

I'm not sure how they'd handle a birthday party.

Not necessarily a good thing, but I noticed yesterday that one of the facilities I audited years ago up in the Detroit area is now a "Fully enclosed Paintball" playground. A few miles down the road another former factory is being used for laser tag. Smart use of an old building but the world can only use so many paintball/laser tag joints.

I was thinking of taking them to the go kart place too, but not sure if I want them tearing around on go karts, especially the kids that aren't mine!

    Thanks again for your help.

I have to say the best party my son ever had was when they raced go carts. I think it was because the kids were too small to ride by themselves but big enough to ride with their parents so the parents got to enjoy the fun.

But if they were older kids driving... I see where you're coming from.

Yep, I was thinking about Rush Hour Karting, but I've heard of a couple of broken bones coming out of that place, lol. Great for adults, but not sure about the teens.

I would not recommend taking 16 year olds to Rush hour Karts. It is more of an adult place with bar and everything.
