Who has a neti pot

I remember neti pot talk.. I never got the nerve to actually do it though. Not like I was supposed to anyway...

We have the plastic one that Walmart sells and the porcelain one that Whole Foods sells. Both are good. If you have alot of sinus problems it is worth the money just to get off the medicine. The only problem is you have to use it everyday or every other day.

 

We got a plastic one at Walgreens a while back. Dr Oz was talking about it on Oprah. Good for allergies and such. It came with some salt packets that you mix with the water. I like it!

I don't have the neti pot, but I have the nasal rinse, which from what I hear is pretty much the same thing. Works great, but you do have to do it every day. You'll notice a difference right away, even if you didn't think you needed it! It'll open your nasal passages right up, and you'll be breathing great! It's really gross to do though, you won't want anyone in the room when you're doing it, or they'll never think the same way about you again! :lol:

 

We also have the plastic bottle...highly recommend it too. Less messy than the neti pot.

I HAVE A PLASTIC NETI POT, IT IS GREAT. IT CLEANS YOUR NASAL PASSAGES OF ALL ALLERGENS. WHAT IT IS, IS A SALINE NASAL WASH. GREAT!!! YOU WILL EVEN HAVE YOUR EARS POPPING FROM THE CLEANSE.

so I went and got one yesterday I think my allergies are to far gone I am going to the docs this afternoon for some real meds, but we try to keep using it to keep them from getting worse..
