unless it is a large enough amt of debt, you are going to have a hard time finding a collections agency that will handle it, when i was working with a small business we just ended up taking them to court, quickest, cheapest and most efficient way. You just go downtown, fill out the paperwork, pay a small fee and they take care of it from there until you show up to court with your proof and get either a judgement or hopefully like in most of our cases they people called before the court date and settled.
