Yes and you seem to be right there in the ignorance. I suppose it is too much to expect from you and the rest of the peanut gallery to understand context. Oh well, wallow away ....
Laws, bylaws, rules, regulations .... whatever the hell you want to call it. It just comes down to respect for your neighbor, safety for the kids and safety for the animal itself. We have in this neighborhood a dog that just runs freely (stop laughing JAM). Pees on everyone's trees, grass, bushes and has charged numerous people that have visited my house and pets that I have petsitted for others. It's just downright rude to expect that everyone is ok with YOUR dog or cat running loose. I am personally tired of having my garden used for a litter box and my rug on the back porched smell of cat **** .... and yellow spots in my grass due to dog urine burning it and friends / relatives scared *hitless by a charging dog running across the yard. Does any of this sound ok to let happen??? NO And by the way, I am not ok with any of it and I'm sure this will be viewed by others in the neighborhood and I don't really give a rats arse who tells who.
Not laughing, just smiling I dont 'kiss and tell' On another note, have you noticed the Pitt that's been getting loose lately?
Ignoring what Wayne :nopity:is posting about, just skim over his and read the important ones like a dog loose in my neighborhood, see wisdom does come with age:lol::lol::lol:
Wayne will probably need to see your drivers license for proof of that statement... :jester::jester: You also left out beauty... right.
Yes, I'm not sure if he belongs to the house at the dead end on the left or if he is coming from the neighborhood across the path. He's been around here quite a bit.
that must be what has been driving my dogs crazy every now and then. In the mornings they will start barking like crazy like someone is here but when i look out the window there is nobody but i know if they pick up on a dog outside the fence they will go ballistic so the mystery is now solved, thanks:cheers:
By the way... I meant to tell you that I know you wouldn't "kiss and tell," but others in our humble abode have screen names and don't post. They don't KNOW that I know this, but i do......:mrgreen:
