Neighbor told me one of the American Idol contestants was spotted at Lowe's on Hwy 50/42. It was a guy from last season - David - not the one who won. Now, here's my question - what would he be doing here?! I wonder if he's opening up for someone that's in Raleigh this weekend. Even so, very strange. I thought about the possibility that it's a look-a-like, but someone said he signing autographs (still could be fake!). Has anyone else seen him or heard why he'd be here?
david archuleta? don't ask me why i know. anyway, his tour dates say he's off right now, until june 20th or something, but his last show was in england on the 10th. he's opening for some girl from the disney channel this summer. this answers nothing, i know, other than to leave open the possibility. was the autograph thing organized, or were people just spotting him shopping? i can easily imagine someone who looks similar enjoying people mistaking him and signing some autographs...
I was thinking too that he might be an impersonator. Wouldn't you think that if the real guy was here, we'd hear about somewhere - local news maybe. Unless of course he was just shopping! Maybe he didn't want anyone to know.
