Hope the bake sale did well. It was great seeing some Kaci and tangy again and meeting PG. I think Starr liked meeting everyone too. Kaci ~ your grandkids were so funny.
Hi Kaci, actually what is the "cake walk" mean? The date you were referring to is for the month of May, correct?
Not Kaci, but we work together on this! The Cake Walk will take place May 29-30 at the actual RELAY at JCC in Smithfield. We will have 10-15 numbered spots in a circle. People will pay a certain amount (probably around $3) to participate. The music starts and people walk on the numbered spots. The music stops and you stand on the number you happened to be on. We draw a number out of a basket. If it's your number, you choose whatever cake you'd like out of the selection we have (which will hopefully be HUGE).
woohoo, she learned how to post:hurray::hurray::hurray: and thanks so much to everyone that donated and came out yesterday to support the Relay for Life and yes, my grandkids were awesome getting sales and donations, i had to stay an hour after everyone else left because they did not want to stop raising money to fight cancer to make their world a better place, gotta love kids. a special :grouphug: for Seabee, i know you don't want it known, but you have the most generous heart i have ever had the pleasure of knowing:grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:
