They got the first house in, at Cleveland Oaks, a few weeks ago, kicked in the front door, and took all the electronics, around 11:37am I think the call was received, by the time the Police got there the were gone. I usually am getting back home from early class at that time, but I had run an errand, I would have seen a strange vehicle in the drive, shoot.
walnut creek breakin yes we had a breakin in the walnut creek subdivision off of hwy 42 - middle of the morning 10:30 , came in front door and took electronics and left .... this was on Pinecroft Drive.
I live in Twisted Oaks (next to Island Creek) off Josephine behind Polenta. About a month ago, someone tried to break in our truck. They tried to break a window. Luckily they didn't succeed, however, it caused $600 in damage. We have been hit twice with attempted vehicle break ins in the past 3 years. A neighbor across the street from me, said that someone tried to kick in their front door a few months ago. A foot print mark was left on their door. We live on a one street cul de sac with approximately 40 homes and yet we still have problems. We all do our best to keep an eye on things and luckily no one has been harmed.
This just in :cheers:Burglar Caught By Homeowner A Johnston County homeowner held a burglary suspect at gunpoint until deputies arrived. The incident happened around 12:30am Sunday at the home of Christian Bridgewater on Mt. Pleasant Church Road in the Willow Springs community. Tyler Patrick Nelson, 16, of Linville Lane, Willow Springs was reportedly caught by Bridgewater inside his storage building. Nelson was charged with felony breaking and entering and felony possession of burglary tools. Bail was set at $20,000.
Good for the homeowner. Maybe some of those kids will get the idea, breaking and entering, and stealing other people's stuff, is not fun & games.
1. That's awesome. Hopefully they can tie him with other robberies in the area. 2. Would have loved to have seen that kids face. 8)
If I had found him he would not of looked quite like he does in the picture, with his resisting and all...:jester::jester:
Yeah, this sap might be one involved with what happened to my son. I showed him the picture on here and he knows him from school, last year. ...or the puddle that was probably left on the floor...
Hell Yeah! :hurray::hurray::hurray: I feel really bad if someone came in on me. This is similar to mine by the bed except for the pressure switch mag light and the grip.
Guns are locked up at my house, but the baseball bats are not. First person gets the bat, second gets the gun and takes care of whatever is still moving.
And hopefully the barrel length as in the picture it appears to be a bit shorter than allowed for real shotguns.
NC law specifies a minimum barrel length for shotguns. If the barrel is too short, it is classified as a weapon of mass destruction. Possession of a weapon of mass destruction is a felony.
