I'm suprised we haven't already discussed all the rumors flying............. I've never been a fan of this particular show, as Kate grates on my last nerve, but WOW.............allegations of infidelity and that they are just in it for the money abound. Apparently they get upwards of $25,000 per episode! Anyone want to take bets on how much longer before this train completely jumps the tracks?
They are all over the tabloids, I have watched it maybe once or twice. I found her shrill and annoying and him... eh. They're not very nice to each other.
I watched a few episode clips on the net and wasn't impressed. I actually couldn't see what the big deal was. I caught about 10 mins of the "Gone green" episode while flipping through the channels. I saw her act like a little school girl while they tried to take her up on the lift to show her the solar panels. Little school girl about nails it. Her reverse mullet drives me nuts. :ack: And anyone on here that has that hair style now, just know you will be looking at photos of yourself in 5 years saying WTH was I thinking! :lol: They've outgrown their appeal and now are looking for different ways to keep the spotlight shining. Poor kids. :?
I always thought she sounded like a shrew. My marriage wouldn't have lasted 5 minutes if I talked to my husband like that. But anyway, yeah, they are definitley doing some publicity hounding now. :?
Btw, it's actually $75K an episode they receive. It's nuts. I feel sorry for the kids for sure. I don't even have pictures on facebook of my kids. Just me though. She always seemed to be putting Jon down and yelling at him all the time. Also, recently heard that she made him sign a contract that he could be unfaithful as long as he was back when they taped the show...ummm, what?!?! So many rumors, you just never know what is true. But you can bet there is definitely something not quite right. Hey, would anyone watch a show about me & "Chaos Manor."-- LOL. I dont' think I could do a show like that. I think in the beginning they were okay but then getting every single thing for free really bugged me. NOT realistic. Plastic surgeries, hair plugs, groceries, clothing, many vacations...all that paid for. I'd love to see a real American family that has to earn those things to go. What kids in America do something "special" every single week? Okay, vent over. I don't watch the show any more. No cable. Don't think I'm missing much, am I? never have watched it, but on a different note, i think about you every time i see those little stick figures of people's families on their car's rear window, i just keep imagining that your's would cover the whole rear window:lol: Maybe should have put this in random thoughts, anyway, back to your regularly scheduled show now

I've never really gotten into this show. Yeah, they have 8 kids, but I grew up with 6 siblings and was never on tv. If I want to see a big family I can do so in person... HOWEVER, I will say that I do watch that TLC show, Little People, Big World. They aren't your average family, and yet they are.
