My neighbor is a cross dresser - at least

OK, so there is a family two houses away in my cul-de-sac. They seem normal - Mom, Dad and two teenage children. A couple years ago we started to notice a change in the Dad. His hair got longer, he colored it blond and he lost a bunch of weight. At first we attributed it to a mid-life crisis. Then we heard he joined a band and we thought that explained it.

Then we started to notice he was looking and acting weird. We actually thought that he might be on drugs for a while. Lately he still looked weird but stopped acting weird - or so we thought.

I'd saw him working outside last fall and I swore he was wearing girls shorts and a pink polo type shirt. I even commented that he looked more like a girl than his girls do. this spring it was more of the same, but I just kept blaming the band thing - until now.

Yesterday during lunch I was at the mall. I looked up and there he was, in a woman's blouse. There was no mistaking it as a mans shirt, it was a frilly, flowery off the shoulder deal. Maybe it would be pretty on a female, but it was downright frightening. He had boobs too. I don't know if they are real but I don't think so since I never noticed them around here. (They were pretty nice though ). He's not a real handsome guy, but he's an even uglier girl. I can't get the vision out of my head. I mean he was scary ugly. Why would he do this? Especially with two teenage girls, especially locally where someone like me might see him. I'm pretty sure he saw me but I didn't speak, I was too flabbergasted to speak. Plus my buddy from work was with me and there is no way I could have explained that one away.

On one hand I want to ask some of our mutual friends what they think, but I'm going to stay quiet.
I wonder if his wife knows.
I can't sleep.
I've already had my laughs, but I'm kind of concerned about the guy.

I think I'm concerned for him and his family more than anything. I like the guy.
It's quite a shock. I'm not exactly a liberal but I'm trying to understand.

 

He might just wish to be a woman, or thinks he is, or he might just be kinky. I am sure his family already knows.

It might just be a really ugly woman who disguised herself all these years as an unattractive male and just decided she now wants to be true to its self. :mrgreen:

I agree......only a liberal would think nothing of it. It's sick particularly if the guy has kids.

When I worked with mentally & physically handicapped kids there was a guy that worked with us that was married and had kids. I was driving down the road one day and I see this "chick" waving and kind of running down the side walk yelling my name. Took me a second but it was the guy that was my coworker. He had on a leather mini skirt, make up, wig and had purse. To say the least I was shocked but it didn't change my opinion about him. That was over 20 yrs ago and I still think about it once in a while.

 

I believe it would change my opinion about him.

I agree. Liberals don't care how people dress, look, or act, as long as it isn't hurting anybody. Conservatives don't care how people make money, no matter who gets hurt.

 

Ouch! You know, I'm pretty conservative but the only issue I have with this is if it negatively impacts his kids. Other than that, it's none of my business. And I have no money and do care if people get theirs the wrong way. Dang.

 

Sorry, PG, I know that doesn't apply to all conservatives, mainly just the free market fundamentalists like our friends the wulftroll and the outlaw.

 

Better question is why post the thoughts and comments on a public forum where the person in question or one of their family members might be a member of said public forum?
