why do folks feel the need to throw crap out da car window??? keep a freakin lowes foods bag in your car and throw it in there!!!! :evil:
i hate that crap, but this instance yesterday really blew my mind. Had a road trip to VA and on the way stopped to get gas of course, got out of the car and right in front of the trash can, i mean right in front of it, someone had just dumped their whole ashtray on the ground. For Pete's sake how much longer would it have taken to extend their arm another 6" and hit the trashcan:evil:
As previously stated I was born and raised in Germany and one of the things that sets the two countries apart is the attitude about litter.This seems to be not just my opinion since a lot of times when I speak to people that have visited Germany before comment about how everythings looks so clean over there. I used to drive down Monroe Rd. off of 210 and there's always trash everywhere,including appliances,sofas etc. That is one road I will not be taking my family thru when they will visit this year. America is such a proud nation but unfortunately for some people that does not seem to stop them from littering in their neighborhood and beyond.
Not that I sanction it, but they might have been afraid to dump the ashtray in the trash can for fear of starting a fire.
then they should have waited for the next trashcan to make sure all of it was out, just dumping in the parking lot is just plain stupid and shows their lack of regard for anyone other than themselves (and yes i am a smoker):evil:
