Pig pickin

Out of state friend is trying to arrange for a pig pickin in the Clayton area. Any recommendations of someone that does this?

Bill Ellis in Wilson also does catering as well as Smithfield BBQ.

Here at work when we have stuff catered it is usually through White Swan. Like their bbq better than Smithfield's but the stew at Smithfields is ALOT better than White Swan.

 

I have to second Bills! And now that I live in Wilson I am there atleast once a week!!! YUMMY!
